Leaving Girraween NP we headed towards Warwick and then on to Dalby for lunch. The Sunday night was to be spent at Archers Crossing near Chinchilla, a free camp spot we discovered in our Camps Australia book. A nice little watercourse flowed past by this spot so before night set in we just had to take the kayaks for a paddle.
There is just one problem with free camp spots - the dunny. It is generally not the five star variety. Some would say putrid! Well, what can one expect for nothing!
Before heading off to bed the night was spent sitting around a good campfire with a good cuppa!
